Orders & Delivery

Where is my order?

Use Order Tracking for a live ETA. If it’s well past the estimate or the map isn’t moving, report from My orders → Order issue.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

If prep hasn’t started, we can usually cancel and refund. Once prep begins, changes may not be possible. Request changes ASAP from My orders.

Missing or wrong items

Report within 60 minutes for meals or 24 hours for groceries. Include photos if you can. We’ll resolve with a replacement, refund, or credit. See our Return & Refunds Policy.

Delivery areas & hours

Coverage and hours vary by restaurant. Enter your address to see who delivers to you and each store’s open times.

Is there a minimum order or delivery fee?

Some partners set a minimum basket. Delivery and service fees vary by distance, time, and demand, and are shown at checkout before you pay.

Payments & Refunds

What payment methods do you accept?

We support major debit/credit cards (and additional local options where available). You’ll see all available methods at checkout.

Refund timelines & double charges

Approved refunds appear in 3–10 business days depending on your bank. “Duplicate” charges are usually temporary authorisations and drop off automatically; if not, contact support with a statement screenshot.

How do promo codes and vouchers work?

Enter codes at checkout. Most have limits (expiry, area, store, minimum spend). The discount shows before you pay. See promotions & refunds for details.

Account & App

I can’t log in to my account

Reset your password on My account. If issues persist, try another browser/app version or clear cache. Still stuck? Email info@mzansifood.co.za with your registered email and device.

How do I change my delivery address?

Use the address prompt before placing an order. For an active order, contact support from My orders; in-flight address changes may not always be possible.

Privacy and my data

We handle your data in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws. You can request access, correction, or deletion per the policy.

Allergies & dietary requirements

Always review item notes and add instructions for the restaurant. For severe allergies, contact the vendor directly via the notes—some kitchens can’t guarantee zero cross-contact.

How do I list my restaurant on MzansiFood?

How do I get an invoice or proof of payment?

Go to My orders, open an order, and download the invoice/receipt. If you need company details added, contact support with your VAT info.
