Where is my order?

Check Order Tracking for live ETA. If the map isn’t moving or it’s far past ETA, contact us from My ordersOrder issue. We’ll liaise with the courier/vendor and keep you updated.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

If prep hasn’t started, we can usually cancel and refund. Once prep begins, changes may not be possible for perishables. Use My orders to request changes ASAP.

Missing or wrong items

Report within 60 minutes (food) or 24 hours (groceries). Include photos if possible. We’ll resolve with a replacement, partial/full refund, or credit. See our Return & Refunds Policy.

Refund timelines & double charges

Approved refunds reflect in 3–10 business days depending on your bank. “Duplicate” charges are often a reversible bank authorisation; one will drop off automatically. If it doesn’t, contact support with screenshots.

Allergens & dietary requests

Always review menu notes and contact the vendor via the item notes for severe allergies. If unsure, don’t order that item. If a disclosed allergy is not followed, report immediately for resolution.

Login or account problems

Try password reset on My account. Clear cache or use a different browser/app version. Still stuck? Email info@mzansifood.co.za with your registered email + device.
