If prep hasn’t started, we can usually cancel and refund. Once prep begins, changes may not be possible for perishables. Use My orders to request changes ASAP.
Report within 60 minutes (food) or 24 hours (groceries). Include photos if possible. We’ll resolve with a replacement, partial/full refund, or credit. See our Return & Refunds Policy.
Approved refunds reflect in 3–10 business days depending on your bank. “Duplicate” charges are often a reversible bank authorisation; one will drop off automatically. If it doesn’t, contact support with screenshots.
Always review menu notes and contact the vendor via the item notes for severe allergies. If unsure, don’t order that item. If a disclosed allergy is not followed, report immediately for resolution.
